Resale

To protect the integrity of this small, heart-led brand, resale is not permitted on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace.
You may resell our products in person or on your own independent website or shop—thank you for respecting these boundaries!

Order Minimums

• Minimum Opening Order & Reorder: $100 (before shipping)
• Minimum Quantities: 3 pieces per product style/pattern

This helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures you’re fully stocked with customer favorites!

Payments Accepted

Payments will be processed exclusively through our website.

Fulfillment Times

Our fulfillment time for wholesale orders ranges from 1-5 business days. If your order requires special attention, like additional packaging, that could extend our fulfillment time on your order. 

If you need an order expedited, we are usually able to accommodate that—please email lindsey.mayer@pixelpiedesigns.com to request expedited fulfillment.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your order is damaged in transit or you receive defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please email lindsey.mayer@pixelpiedesigns.com with images of the damaged or defective items.

Packaging

All items should be displayed and sold in their original packaging. All items packaged as sets must be sold as sets. Removing items from their original packaging or breaking up sets may result in the denial of future orders.

Photo Usage

Retailers are permitted to use our product photography for their own websites and social media channels. If you choose to do this, we ask that you provide attribution to @faith.hope.art. for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest). Failure to provide attribution may result in the denial of future orders.

Photos may be downloaded directly from our website listings for use ONLY by our retailers.
