Refund Policy

We want you to love every little thing you receive from Faith. Hope. Art.—But if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to reach out if you’d like to request a refund. Just send a note to lindsey.mayer@pixelpiedesigns.com or use the contact form, and I’ll walk you through the next steps with care.

A few things to note:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were sent.

  • You'll need proof of purchase (like your confirmation email).

  • Please do not send a return without contacting me first—unauthorized returns can’t be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

What’s not refundable:

Some special items are final sale and not eligible for refunds:

  • Apparel (these are made to order just for you!)

  • Personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Apparel is also not eligible for exchanges due to its custom-made nature.

Once your return is processed:

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is completed. It will go back to your original payment method—please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
