When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is listed right at the top of our website.If you’re ever curious about when your order will be heading your way, just send me a message! I’ll gladly check on it and give you an estimate.

How long does shipping take once it’s on the way?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and how the postal service is running (they sometimes need a little grace, too!). Right now, within the U.S., the estimated time is 2-14 business days. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding—once it leaves my hands, I’m cheering it on all the way to yours!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship to the US and Canada on this site. We are looking to ship internationally in the coming months.

What if my package goes missing?

We know how stressful that can be! If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, it may be considered lost. Please reach out after that time, and I’ll do everything I can to help find a solution.

My package says “delivered,” but I can’t find it!

Sometimes USPS gets a little ahead of itself and marks items as delivered before they actually are. Here's what you can do:

  1. Check all around your home—porch, mailbox, tucked corners, etc.
  2. Ask your family or housemates if they picked it up.
  3. Chat with a neighbor or your mail carrier.
  4. Important: Call or visit your local post office with your tracking number. They can check the GPS coordinates to see exactly where it was delivered.

Is free shipping available?

Yes! Orders over $75 ship free—yay!

Can I add a discount code after checkout?

Unfortunately, discount codes can’t be applied after an order has been placed. If something isn’t working at checkout, please message me before submitting your order—I’m happy to help!

Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?

Due to how we process orders, we’re unable to combine separate orders after they’ve been placed. Each one is lovingly packed and sent out on its own to make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible.
